The 2025 Louisiana Book Festival is almost here and we are looking forward to a great festival!

WHERE?

·     Please consult the provided map for directions.

WHEN?

·     Saturday, November 1, 2025, 9:00am–4:00pm

·     Exhibitor arrival between 7:00–9:00am

HOW?

·     When you arrive, you can pull past the barricades onto N. 4^th Street near the Information/Registration Tent to unload.  You will need to move your vehicle as soon as you’ve unloaded, to the designated parking area (Galvez Parking Garage).  There is no parking allowed on N Fourth Street.  Your cooperation is not only appreciated, but police officers are on duty to ensure compliance (we’ve had difficulties in the past).

·     You can park on North Street if there is a space available (the earlier you arrive, the more likely this is.)  Then you can unload at your leisure.

·     Consider unloading and leaving a person with your materials while another goes to park the vehicle so the unloading area doesn’t get jammed.

·     You can check in at the Information/Registration Tent or just go directly to your assigned space.

·     We will provide a flat rolling dolly to assist with unloading but if you have a dolly or hand cart, please bring it.

WHAT ELSE?

·     We will bring your exhibitor packet to you, comprised of a festival bookbag, information, a festival program, and tax forms.

·     You will have an Exhibitor Pass in your packet that you can present at the Concessions stand to receive complimentary water throughout the day.

·     Don’t forget to bring change if you will be accepting cash payments.

·     Dress comfortably and prepare to have a FUN day!

·     Please make every effort to attend or have someone represent you if you can’t make it!  If you can’t make it, let me know as soon as possible via email.  If it’s the day of the festival, please call 225.342.4938.
